Your Centre Locations will run multiple classes throughout the day and in your first and second week of term you will have many people trying out your classes before they enrol.

At your school program all the students will usually be enrolled prior to the program commencing.
If you have a number of school programs running on the same day you will be sending out coaches to do the coaching.

No matter what classes or programs you are conducting, there are some fundamental things to remember:

Equipment: Is it ready and available? Balls pumped up, enough cones, flags and bibs for a session. Every child should have access to 1 ball, always have spare balls on hand for parents or extra children who turn up.

Uniform: Ensure your uniform is correct and you are wearing your name badge.

Table: At your centre programs you need to have an enquiry table. These lightweight, sturdy and portable folding tables from Officeworks are an excellent and economical choice

Whistle: Always leave your office with your whistle around your neck. Carry a spare whistle in your admin tub.

Sunscreen: At Grasshopper Soccer we promote being Sunsmart. Always take sun screen with you.

First Aid Kit: Make sure you always have a first aid kit on hand. Do not remove it from your car.

Be early: As obvious as this sounds, it is better to be at your venue earlier rather than later..

Admin Tub: Take an admin tub to each program. The admin tub should include: your class file (spare enrolment forms, class lists, handouts), money tin, stamps, giveaways (stickers, balloons, etc.), clipboards, pens, staples, spare whistle, class curriculums, communication book for coaches.

Merchandise: Always take merchandise to your programs. There is nothing worse than a customer wanting to buy something and you do not have it with you.

Uniform Orders: If you have received pre-orders for uniforms, make sure you have them made up a few days before the session. Put them in your car immediately so you do not forget them on the day.
